We provide complete technical support for all of our products and services. However,
priority is given to:
- Registered users of our products; and
You can obtain support by mail, voice, FAX or E-mail. In all cases,
if you are a registered user, please quote your customer ID number (found in the top right corner
of your original shipping label from us).
- Unregistered users requiring assistance with installing and evaluating one of our products.
The quickest way to get support is by e-mail. Please be specific about your
question or problem and provide as much detail as possible. (Before requesting support, please make sure you have read all of the documentation
that was provided with the software.) It is also helpful to provide a description of your system, such as
version of DOS/Windows, what other applications were installed/running at the time, etc.
(You can use our Technical Support Request form to supply all of the information.)
General questions and comments about our products are also welcome. You can use our
user survey/comment form for general inquiries.
